Hi I'm Jim Dandurand . I am the CEO of Intouch Insurance Services. The beautiful woman beside me is my wife Teena. We married in 1984 . Intouch Insurance was started in 2005 after my wife was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast cancer. I was struggling with finding an agent that would help me with her claims and when I couldn't find someone , I decided to acquire my Professional Insurance License and do it myself. In 2005 Intouch Insurance was birthed out of necessity and it is why we have such great compassion for your situation.

Teena is not only my partner in life but my partner in business as well. She is the mother of my four beautiful daughters and the grandmother to our seven wonderful grand children.

Ryan is married to our third daughter and has been professionally licensed since July of 2015. He is fluent in the Senior industry. Ryan is a valuable asset in the company with knowledge in the veteran’s community and their needs. Ryan is a staff sergeant in the National Guard and has served our country for more than 18 years.
Office manager
Ann is the heart beat of our office. She keeps the appointments lined up, information sorted and pretty much anything else that Ryan and I leave undone.
